About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Hive. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends to inform product decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.

  • Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives that drive business value and customer engagement.

  • Conduct customer research and analysis to inform product decisions and measure the effectiveness of product strategies.

  • Develop and maintain product requirements documents, ensuring clear and concise communication with stakeholders.

  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong understanding of software development and product lifecycle management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform product decisions.

  • Experience with product development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with design thinking and human-centered design principles.

  • Knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing technologies.

  • Experience with data analysis and SQL.
