We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at TACO TIME. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee hours and wages.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical and accounting reports.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
