Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a detailed global marketing strategy to elevate the brand's presence internationally.
- Enhance brand visibility and credibility in global markets through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Manage digital media planning and purchasing to maximize advertising expenditure and campaign effectiveness across diverse digital platforms.
- Oversee the execution of comprehensive digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with global marketing goals.

- Manage relationships with social media platforms, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand engagement and visibility.
- Oversee influencer marketing initiatives to leverage partnerships for increased brand reach and impact.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance and drive traffic to the global website.
- Monitor and improve organic performance to ensure high visibility and ranking in search engine results.
- Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and insights, driving enhancements in marketing strategies and customer support.
- Implement customer support initiatives to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in global marketing, with a proven track record in digital media, e-commerce, and brand management.
- Strong understanding of international marketing strategies, digital advertising, and e-commerce best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end digital campaigns and driving performance metrics.
