Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service. This position is crucial in ensuring that our dining experience meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
  • Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure proper presentation.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Work Environment
