Software Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at 8808325 Canada Inc. as a Software Sales Representative - Export and Import. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Sales to Existing Clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase sales revenue.
Identify and Solicit Potential ClientsResearch and identify potential clients who can benefit from our software solutions, and develop strategies to approach and engage with them.
Assess Client NeedsWork with clients to understand their business needs and recommend software solutions that meet their requirements.
Develop Reports and ProposalsDevelop detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our software solutions to clients.
Deliver Sales PresentationsDevelop and deliver sales presentations to clients to showcase our software solutions and their benefits.
Represent Companies in International TradeRepresent our company in international trade, promoting our software solutions to clients in foreign markets.
Conduct Sales TransactionsConduct sales transactions with clients, including negotiating prices and terms.
Prepare and Administer Sales ContractsPrepare and administer sales contracts with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.
Conduct Sales Transactions through E-commerceConduct sales transactions through e-commerce platforms, ensuring that all transactions are secure and compliant with regulations.
Provide Ongoing SupportProvide ongoing support to clients after sales, ensuring that they are satisfied with our software solutions and services.
Provide Presentations on Software BenefitsDevelop and deliver presentations to clients on the benefits and uses of our software solutions.
Troubleshoot Equipment IssuesTroubleshoot issues related to equipment and software, ensuring that clients are satisfied with our solutions.
Advertise and Promote ProductsAdvertise and promote our software solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
Provide Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Supervise Sales SpecialistsSupervise and mentor sales specialists to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Estimate Installation and Maintenance CostsEstimate the costs of installing and maintaining equipment and software, ensuring that clients are aware of all expenses.
Requirements- Computer and Technology Knowledge
Proficient in electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Adobe SuiteProficient in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
