What is the Opportunity?

A Parent Media Co. Inc. is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who is ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to create something brilliant. As a member of our Machine Learning team, you will create and maintain machine learning models, work in an Agile environment to understand and develop solutions for requirements, and collaborate with the Machine Learning Team to adopt the latest technologies in AI/ML.

Key duties will include:

  • Create, Architect, and Deliver State-of-the-Art Machine Learning Solutions - You will design and implement machine learning solutions that add intelligence to our data analysis and software-as-a-service platform.
  • Establish Meaningful Criteria for Evaluating Algorithm Performance - You will develop clear criteria for evaluating the performance of machine learning algorithms.
  • Develop Clear Software Specifications for Implementing Trained Models - You will create software specifications for implementing trained machine learning models.
  • Implement Working, Scalable, Production-Ready Machine Learning and AI Process Automation Models and Code - You will implement machine learning and AI process automation models and code that are scalable and production-ready.
  • Optimize Processes for Maximum Speed, Performance, and Accuracy - You will optimize machine learning processes for maximum speed, performance, and accuracy.
  • Participate in the End-to-End Software Development of New Feature Functionality and Design Capabilities - You will participate in the development of new feature functionality and design capabilities.
  • Craft Clean, Testable, and Maintainable Code - You will write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Keep Up to Date with Machine Learning Best Practices and Evolving Open-Source Frameworks - You will stay up to date with machine learning best practices and evolving open-source frameworks.
  • Regularly Seek Out Innovation and Continuous Improvement - You will regularly seek out innovation and continuous improvement in all assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate Closely with Fellow Developers, Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and QA Testers - You will collaborate closely with fellow developers, software engineers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and QA testers.

What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for this exciting role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field - You will need a bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Research, Machine Learning Engineering, or Engineering Experienced in Deep Learning - You will need 3+ years of experience in research, machine learning engineering, or engineering experienced in deep learning.
  • Experience Working with Machine Learning Frameworks - You will need experience working with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe2, scikit-learn, or similar machine learning frameworks.
  • Experience with Generative Modeling for Computer Vision Applications - You will need experience with generative modeling for computer vision applications.
  • Experience Using a Range of Generative AI Consumer Technology - You will need experience using a range of generative AI consumer technology.
  • Curiosity about Cutting-Edge AI Technologies - You will need curiosity about cutting-edge AI technologies.
