Position Overview

As a Kitchen Operations Associate at BROCKVILLE BARBURRITO, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our kitchen environment.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize dishwashing equipment to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Prepare take-out food orders for customers.
  • Assist customers at service counters and buffet setups.
  • Accurately take and process customer orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including work surfaces, storage areas, and equipment.
  • Safely handle and store cleaning supplies.
  • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in appropriate storage areas.
  • Manage kitchen waste disposal effectively.
  • Perform floor maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting as needed.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced atmosphere requiring the ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Physically demanding tasks with repetitive motions.
  • Extended periods of standing and working under pressure.
