Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a culinary role
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of kitchens and food service areas
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety practices
- Supervise kitchen personnel and assist in their development
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure kitchen and work areas are kept clean and orderly
- Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently
- Must possess strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks as needed
- Strong client focus and commitment to service
- Dependable and reliable in all tasks
