Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Fed Manutech. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing various projects, including the installation, modification, and validation of production equipment and industrial buildings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze manufacturing plans requirements and design a detailed execution plan.
  • Oversee the acquisition, installation, connection, and commissioning of production equipment.
  • Ensure the modification and improvement of buildings (walls, floors, ventilation, fire protection, refrigeration, etc.).
  • Coordinate the installation and modification of service equipment (boilers, air compressors, factory ventilation, etc.).
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure coordination between various departments.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure timelines are met.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Draft project reports and ensure rigorous follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of project management experience.
  • Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (or working towards it).
  • Experience with projects such as installing and modifying industrial equipment and buildings.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
