Job Title: Project Manager, Traffic Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our traffic engineering team in the realization of large-scale transportation planning projects. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainable mobility and public transit in Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a diverse portfolio of traffic and transportation planning projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing exceptional customer service and feedback.
  3. Design and implement service offers, including budgeting and methodologies, to meet client needs.
  4. Lead by example, transferring knowledge and expertise to team members, and planning resources required for project execution.
  5. Manage human resources, ensuring their professional development and growth within the company.
  6. Oversee deliverables, budgets, deadlines, and financial follow-up of projects, ensuring seamless project execution.
  7. Represent CIMA+ and the Traffic team at industry events, conferences, and symposiums, promoting our expertise and services.
  8. Contribute to the development and monitoring of operational systems, ensuring seamless integration and adoption within the company.
Requirements:
  1. University diploma in civil engineering or equivalent, with membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  2. More than eight years of relevant experience in transportation planning, structuring, and collective transportation modes, with a strong understanding of active mode facilities.
  3. Proficiency in various traffic planning and engineering software, including modelling software (HCS, Synchro/SimTraffic, Aimsun, Vissim, Vistro, Viswalk, etc.).
  4. Fluency in spoken and written French.
