Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at JJBG Holdings Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Portion and wrap foods to ensure quality and presentation.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Inventory Management
    • Keep accurate records of food quantities used to prevent waste and optimize inventory.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and appealing selection.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
    • Use efficient interpersonal skills to resolve any customer complaints or issues.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
    • Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
    • Standing for extended periods required.
    • Work under pressure to meet customer demands.
