Job Title: Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Specialist to join our team at MeridianTech Consulting Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing computer-based systems, as well as leading and coordinating teams of information systems professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and document user requirements to ensure accurate system development
  • Coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems
  • Develop process and network models to optimize system architecture
  • Research technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems
  • Assess and troubleshoot applications software
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced consulting firm environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Experience an asset
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
