About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Security Governance to lead our organization's security governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead risk assessments and threat modeling exercises to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and ensure the security of our systems and data.
  • Develop and maintain security awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices and promote a culture of security within the organization.
  • Chair the Security Governance Committee to ensure ongoing oversight and governance of security risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of developing and executing security strategies.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations, including NIST, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISM, CISSP, or CRISC, are highly preferred.
