Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with special requirements to enhance their stay
  • Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among staff members
  • Recruit, train, and mentor employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards
  • Manage inventory by requisitioning necessary materials and supplies
  • Address and resolve guest complaints effectively
  • Respond to inquiries and concerns from employees
  • Facilitate guest check-outs, calculate charges, and process payments
  • Order and maintain supplies and equipment
