Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate plant improvement initiatives, including the development and optimization of maintenance strategies, equipment criticality assessments, and the establishment of management processes.
- Support the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM) pillars, along with the operational improvement program, by implementing best practices at the maintenance level to fully leverage our facilities' potential.
- Enhance the skills and capabilities of our management team through the Reliability framework, focusing on work management, equipment reliability, asset management, and failure analysis.
- Conduct audits of Maintenance and Reliability best practices to evaluate site maturity concerning Agropur's Reliability framework and identify areas for enhancement.
- Assist plants in creating 90-day plans aimed at improving productivity and equipment availability through proactive deployment of Agropur's Reliability standards.
- Define, document, and publish maintenance and reliability performance metrics while establishing a governance model to ensure the sustainability of deployed initiatives.
- Support plants in formulating their strategic plans related to the Reliability framework, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and monitoring progress.
- Assist plants during the implementation of emergency reliability support plans to help meet expected service levels within set timelines.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, automation, industrial engineering, or a related discipline
- Willingness to travel 60% across various Agropur locations
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance and the execution of maintenance and reliability programs or projects
- Experience in environments that emphasize continuous improvement and good manufacturing practices
- Proficiency in market-available CMMS software
- Preferred certifications: CRL/MMP/PGM/CAMP (PEMAC) or CMRP (SMRP)
- Ability to create a customer-focused experience, dedicated to delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
