Join Our Team as a Registered Practical Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at Plan A Renfrew Lanark Ottawa. As an RPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents in long-term facilities in the Ottawa Valley.

About the Role
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements
  • Completion of a recognized Canadian RPN program
