New Orleans Pizza is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers. Your duties will include supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring that our food and service meet quality control standards. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports

* Ensure quality control standards are met

**Work Environment:**

* Fast-paced restaurant environment
* Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
* Standing for extended periods

**Requirements:**

* No degree, certificate, or diploma required
* Will train
* English language proficiency
* 40 hours per week
