Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physiological, psychological, socio-cultural, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- Advanced preparation in GI Endoscopy, including completion of recognized post-basic education and a certificate of completion from the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN).
