Job Title: Sales Supervisor

beBee Professionals in Quinte West is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive the performance of our retail store. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
