About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Counsellor to join our team at The Ladders. As a boutique private investment counselor, we provide exceptional investment, insurance, tax, estate, and philanthropy advice and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customized investment strategies for high net worth individuals and families.
  • Provide expert advice on insurance, tax, estate, and philanthropy planning to ensure optimal wealth management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in investment counseling or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, insurance, tax, estate, and philanthropy planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
