Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Galderma Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Aesthetic Business Unit, you will be responsible for designing and deploying marketing programs and strategies that foster a strong brand positioning and differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement brand strategies that enhance our brand awareness and demand for assigned products/franchises in the market.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure optimal execution from a field force perspective.
  • Lead the design and implementation of integrated portfolio strategies with other aesthetic franchises across the business unit.
  • Develop and execute robust multichannel/omnichannel marketing tactics along the customer journey.
  • Design clear segmentation and targeting strategies for field and head office campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to ensure HCP education and training needs are met.
  • Partner with global brand teams to contribute Canadian insights, research, and experience for local adaptation.
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing robust multichannel/omnichannel brand strategies and product launches.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to track performance against KPIs and budget.
  • Proficiency in digital tactics, including social and digital media, SEM/SEO, and paid media planning.
  • Ability to grasp scientific and clinical knowledge related to products/portfolio.
  • MBA is an asset.
