Job Title: Senior Product Manager

Galderma Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Aesthetic Business Unit, you will be responsible for designing and deploying marketing programs and strategies that foster a strong brand positioning and differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute robust multichannel/omnichannel marketing tactics along the customer journey to address opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership and other key partners to ensure effective and optimal pull through of brand programs and tactics.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to ensure HCP education and training needs are met.
  • Act as local main point of contact for the assigned product/franchise towards cross-functional, regional and global stakeholders and networks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing robust multichannel/omnichannel brand strategies, product and campaign launches.
  • Proficiency in digital tactics, including social and digital media, SEM/SEO, paid media planning.
  • Strong analytics and business acumen to track performance against KPIs and budget.
  • MBA is an asset.
