Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Yimeng Sun & Liang Wang. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • or equivalent experience
Work Environment

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Home Support Worker, you will work in a non-smoking environment. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
