About the Role

As a Personal Support Worker at Home Concierge, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our members in their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, and exercise. You will work closely with our members to develop personalized care plans that promote their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support with meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
  • Escort members to appointments and outings
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Monitor and report any changes in the member's status to the Concierge and Director of Operations
Requirements
  • Graduate from a recognized Personal Support Worker program, Health Care Aide Program, or an International Educated Nurse
  • Level 1 First Aid, CPR/AED Certificate
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and walk, sit, and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
