As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advancing gender equity and promoting women's economic empowerment through policy and program development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and project manage advanced policy and program work related to gender equality and women's economic empowerment.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and provide value-added interpretation.
  • Assess current approaches and recommend best practices to advance gender equity and women's economic empowerment.
  • Design and implement effective strategic engagement and consultative processes to support the ministry's priorities.
  • Support the implementation of Premier mandated items related to gender equality and women's economic empowerment.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful partnerships with community organizations, private sector organizations, and ministries to advance joint work and innovative policies.

Reporting Structure

The Senior Policy Advisor will report to the Director, Status of Women.
