Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the office, supply area, or warehouse.
  • Execute general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Set up and arrange displays for retail parts and accessories.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Provide guidance on the usage and suitability of various goods or parts.
  • Identify, label, and catalog incoming items accurately.
  • Distribute parts and supplies for internal operations.
  • Keep detailed records using the inventory control system.
  • Prepare and monitor work orders efficiently.
  • Generate requisition orders to replenish necessary parts and supplies.
  • Process incoming requisitions promptly.
  • Receive, unpack, and categorize incoming materials and supplies.
  • Store items appropriately in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience of 7 months to less than 1 year is preferred.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
