About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 1000211983 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our outdoor spaces management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Planting and Maintenance: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to ensure high-quality results and maintain a visually appealing outdoor environment.
  • Organizational and Planning Skills: Organize and plan the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, as well as schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Technical Advice and Problem-Solving: Provide technical advice to resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Materials and Equipment Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support grounds maintenance operations.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
