Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our grounds, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Planting and Maintenance: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring they are properly cared for and maintained.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Technical Advice: Provide technical advice to increase the value and functionality of our properties.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Schedule events, programs, and activities, and plan and direct grounds maintenance.
  • Supervision: Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience
