Job Summary

Concept Plastics Limited is seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Supervisor, Co-ordinator, and Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for supervising, co-ordinating, and scheduling activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Production Activities

Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units to ensure efficient production processes.

Prepare Production Reports

Prepare and submit production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Train and Develop Team Members

Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.

Requisition and Order Materials

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production activities.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role is required.

Personal Suitability

Organized, team player, flexibility, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
