Job Title: Production Supervisor - Assembly

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at TruNorth Composites Inc. in Assembly. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our assembly line, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish work schedules and oversee the activities of workers
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform their duties
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of 3-4 people
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and a team player
  • Ability to handle heavy loads, manual dexterity, and attention to detail
Work Environment:
