Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Account Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer accounts, and ensuring timely and complete deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, receiving purchase orders and ensuring complete deliveries on time.
  • Manage strategic accounts that require additional operational attention.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, service providers, and suppliers to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, or complaints, and involve necessary parties.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with customers by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
  • Oversee the entire process from sale to final delivery.
  • Track customer performance and address supply chain issues.
  • Send customer schedules and regular updates.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good conflict resolution skills and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service experience.
