About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sunny Morning. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with frequent standing and lifting
