We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Quality Assurance and Compliance to become a vital part of our global team within the Medical & Regulatory Affairs division. In this influential role, you will be tasked with directing the regulatory strategy and submissions for our operations. Your responsibilities will include establishing clear objectives, overseeing talent acquisition, and ensuring adherence to our core values. Furthermore, you will engage in business development initiatives and foster relationships with stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing new client projects while strengthening existing partnerships
  • Guiding and mentoring team members and external contractors
  • Facilitating the effective onboarding of external collaborators
  • Participating in business development efforts

Qualifications:

  • Over two decades of experience in pharmaceutical roles within Canada
  • Expertise in project management and regulatory frameworks
  • Advanced academic qualifications such as MSc, MBA, or MBiotec
  • Proficiency in computer applications and familiarity with eCTD and PRCI publishing
