Job Description

Aspireus Business Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, allocate resources, and establish objectives.
  • Team Management: Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, creating optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication, team player, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 40 hours per week.
