Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of articulating ideas in both individual and group settings.
  • Technical proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, or electrical assembly disciplines.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools.
  • Competence in identifying and evaluating problem situations.
  • Proven ability to maintain high productivity levels consistently.
  • Flexibility and commitment to achieving organizational goals.
  • Willingness to work various shifts as required.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with the Health and Safety Act regulations.

Educational Background:

  • Completion of high school and/or post-secondary education in mechanics, hydraulics, electrical systems, or a related field.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, particularly in the assembly of new machinery.
