Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant's culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food quality and service standards are consistently met.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Work Environment

This position is based in a fast-paced restaurant setting where you will manage a team dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and service adhere to our quality control standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational activities.
Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising:
