Job Summary:

PepsiCo is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment types, both in trade and in shop settings.
  • Delivery and Setup: Deliver and set up equipment in trade locations, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
  • Inventory Management: Prepare and maintain equipment inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all service requirements are met to exceed customer expectations.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and availability for overnight stays if needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication and Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Certifications: Preferably certified in Electrical, Small Appliance Repair, and/or Refrigeration.
  • Technical Aptitude: Good mechanical and technical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
  • Driving License: Valid Class 5 driving license required.
  • Aptitude Testing: Pass aptitude testing if external applicant.
