PepsiCo Beverages: Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at PepsiCo Beverages. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service, preventative maintenance, and installation of MEM equipment, including fountains, coolers, and vending machines.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform service, preventative maintenance, and installation of MEM equipment in trade and in shop.
  • Deliver and assist with the delivery of Visi/Vend equipment in the trade.
  • Prepare PepsiCo and customer-owned equipment for service.
  • Maintain equipment inventory.
  • Meet customers' service requirements consistent with "PEPSI PRO".
  • Work flexible hours, including overnight stays.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Certification in Electrical, Small Appliance Repair, and/or Refrigeration (preferred).
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Employee in good standing.
