- Marketing Development: Create and execute marketing initiatives to enhance business visibility and customer engagement.
- Financial Planning: Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenditures.
- Staffing Needs: Assess and determine the staffing requirements for the shop.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any challenges that arise, including customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Oversee the hiring process and manage the performance of staff and volunteers.
- Operational Management: Organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations to ensure high standards of service.
Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
