Position Overview

The Automobile Service Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the repair shop, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and allocate tasks to team members, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Product and Service Oversight: Identify and determine the range of products and services offered to customers.
  • Procurement: Source and acquire necessary merchandise for resale, maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Marketing Development: Create and execute marketing initiatives to enhance business visibility and customer engagement.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenditures.
  • Staffing Needs: Assess and determine the staffing requirements for the shop.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any challenges that arise, including customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
  • Recruitment and Supervision: Oversee the hiring process and manage the performance of staff and volunteers.
  • Operational Management: Organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations to ensure high standards of service.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
