Job Summary

Flying Fresh Air Freight is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
  • Monitor Supply Chain: Track the movement of supplies and materials between departments, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare Reports: Develop and submit reports to management on a regular basis, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Manage Workloads: Monitor personnel workloads and locations, ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed efficiently.
  • Resolve Work Problems: Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate Traffic Flow: Work with drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient movement of supplies and materials.
  • Prepare Progress Reports: Develop and maintain progress reports, highlighting key milestones and achievements.
  • Knowledge of Regulations: Stay up-to-date on cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
  • Schedule Assignments: Coordinate the scheduling of assignments and activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
Work Environment

Flying Fresh Air Freight operates in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a strong focus on attention to detail. As a Transportation Logistics Coordinator, you will be expected to work independently, with a high level of initiative and judgment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
