Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Wheaton's. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing of our home decor products.
  • Sales: Achieve sales targets by promoting products, providing recommendations, and handling customer transactions.
  • Merchandising: Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  • Screening Questions: Participate in the screening process by asking relevant questions to ensure candidates meet the requirements of the role.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
