About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer payments

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
