About the Role
Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our properties in the southwest region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing maintenance teams, and collaborating with vendors to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the maintenance and repair of facilities, including mechanical and electrical systems.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance teams to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with vendors to design and implement efficient maintenance programs.
- Develop and implement budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a facilities manager in a casino, hospitality, or hospital environment.
- Certification as a Class 4 Stationary Engineer or equivalent.
- Licensed Journeyman in a related trade.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, BAS, F/A, and PM programs.
