About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Clayton Park Tailor Shop and Dry Cleaners. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that each team member is working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Authorize Returns: Authorize the return of merchandise, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases and that returns are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for sales staff, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed during peak periods and that staff are able to take breaks and time off as needed.
  • Sell Merchandise: Sell merchandise to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to management on how to improve sales and operational efficiency.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that merchandise is displayed in a visually appealing and organized manner.
  • Supervise Sales Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is high.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Language: English.
