About the Role

As a Real Estate Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our physical spaces to maximize their value and support our business objectives. Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive design documentation for new and existing spaces.
  • Optimize space utilization to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing spaces, maximizing return on investment through strategic renovations and maintenance initiatives.
  • Source and manage relationships with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality execution of design plans.
  • Champion Aritzia's values and business principles in all aspects of your work.
