Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager to join our team at Forward Security Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our software development team and overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Recruit and supervise staff, including computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development and management
  • Strong technical skills, including Agile, DevOps, and software testing
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
