Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at LINDBERG HOMBURGER MODENT DENTAL STUDIOS LTD. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, designing and managing investment strategies, and overseeing financial control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Control
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Investment Strategy and Management
    • Design and implement investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
    • Manage and oversee investment portfolios to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for cost savings.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the successful execution of financial plans and strategies.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in financial planning and management.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office and financial software.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
