About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Dentistry at Heartland. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Financial Operations
    • Oversee the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate financial information and analysis to stakeholders, including senior management and the board of directors
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
