Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Weekend Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at the Completion Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities by coordinating with technicians, customers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate with technicians, customers, and other relevant parties to ensure clear understanding of work requirements and progress updates.
- Assign work orders to technicians based on priorities and deadlines, optimizing workflow efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive daily summaries and communication reports to keep stakeholders informed about maintenance activities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the maintenance department, contributing to enhanced operational effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance operations, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Provide valuable support to the Maintenance Manager in various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications
- Possess a secondary degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to building positive relationships.
- Be fluent in both French and English.
- Have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a maintenance coordination role.
- Proficiency in MS Project and ERP modules is highly desirable.
