Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Vice President to join our team at the Government of Canada - Western. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the region
  • Lead and manage a team of senior managers and directors to achieve organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and community leaders
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and economic indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of business development and growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, Thai, Cantonese, or Korean
